Do you ever wonder how golfers stay positive even if things are not what they are expecting them to be?
In this week's golf psychology session, mental game of golf expert and author of The Mental Game of Golf, Dr. Cohn, responds to a question from John who had this to say about his game:
"I start off being very positive looking forward to the round. I warm up and start to play the tournament, and, on each shot, I anticipated to have a great result--but don’t. Then doubt creeps in on the next shot and the next hole sometimes. I think: Why am I out here being so negative when I was looking so forward to the round."
