Do you have a young perfectionist golfer that has trouble dealing with mistakes and wants to do everything herself?

In this week's golf psychology session, mental game of golf expert and author of The Mental Game of Golf, Dr. Cohn, responds to a question from a sport parent of a golfer who had this to say about his daughters game:

I have a 10 year old young golfer who is talented. I am facing a number of challenges in that she's a perfectionist, she doesn't accept mistakes, she wants to do everything herself without help from me. I'm trying to figure out the best way to help her, while staying out of the way. I was wondering what's the best way for me to get educated from you in order to appropriately be a supportive and helping sports dad.
