Today's golf psychology session helps golfers understand how to get mentally prepared for a tournament. Dr. Cohn explains that there are two types of mental preparation before a round. The first is preparing a game plan and thinking about your strategy and tactics. The second type of mental preparation is to have a mental game plan and feel mentally prepared by warming up your confidence, focus, composure and trust in your game. Dr. Cohn suggests visualization as a strong tool for pre-round preparation.

Dr. Patrick Cohn, author of The Mental Game of Golf and The Mental Art of Putting, helps you think like a winner and gain confidence in your putting routine.
